OPHA has arranged a special discount rate for hotel rooms in Corvallis at the Hilton Garden Inn, and Courtyard By Marriot. To take advantage of these rates, please make your reservation as soon as possible following instructions below.

***Please note, these rates are limited and available on a first-come first-served basis. Plan to book your hotel reservations as soon as possible as the special rates also have a deadline.

Travel Options - Rideshare
Conference attendees can use https://getthereoregon.org/ to connect with others and travel together to the 2023 OPHA Annual Conference & Meeting. Traveling together could mean carpooling, sharing a taxi or even biking together. 

Corvallis Bus - The City of Corvallis provides fareless (no cost) transportation within the city with stops near the venue. Visit website for bus schedules and details. 

Groome Transportation - PDX shuttle stop for Groome Transportation (reservations required through Groome).

Parking on Campus
Ample parking is available on campus near OSU Conference Center:

  • Reser Stadium: Located directly across the street from the LaSells Stewart Center on 26th Street and Western Blvd.
  • Parking Garage: Located north of CH2M HILL Alumni Center at 26th Street and Washington Way (also accessible from SW Western Blvd.)

Parking Permits

  • Parking permits are required Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM. 
  • Full-day visitor passes can be purchased for $4-6 on-site at parking pay stations in designated parking areas or in advance (ORDER A PARKING PERMIT ONLINE HERE ). Permits are non-refundable.
  • Parking permits must be displayed on the dash of your vehicle at all times.

ADA Parking

ADA parking is located across the street from The LaSells Stewart Center as well as behind our building and in the parking garage. Individuals with a DMV-issued ADA placard have several parking options available on the OSU Corvallis campus. Permits are required Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. in all ADA spaces on campus.
