OPHA Gift of Membership to Recent Graduates!

The Oregon Public Health Association would like to recognize this accomplishment by offering a free one year membership or renewal to students upon graduation or up to six months after graduation from a public health or nursing program.  OPHA's board of directors has made this a year round program that can be used regardless of when graduation occurs during the year.

Peer to peer learning and networking are important parts of the training and development of our field. OPHA provides the platform for both as well as coordinated legislative advocacy at the state level. Members of OPHA have the opportunity to engage more fully with the organization and thereby develop skills that may be hard to come by as an early professional, including leadership, presentation, organizing, and advocacy. In today's world, who you know can be as important as what you can do. Engaged members will benefit from the networking OPHA offers.
